Who We Are
Elite Travel Solution is a Maidenhead-based transport business providing pre-booked airport transfers, local taxi journeys, executive travel and long-distance trips. We serve individuals, families and business customers, helping them arrange transport for holidays, work and everyday journeys.
We believe good service starts with understanding what each customer needs. From a single airport pickup to regular business travel, our team considers your schedule, passenger numbers and luggage requirements to help arrange a suitable journey.
Our approach is straightforward: clear communication, professional service and attention to the details that matter to you. Whether you are booking for yourself, your family, colleagues or visiting guests, we aim to make organising your transport simple.
Our Philosophy
We believe every passenger deserves a journey that feels organised, comfortable and considerate of their needs. Whether you are catching a flight, attending a meeting or travelling with family, your time and peace of mind matter.
Our focus is on courteous service, respect for your privacy and honest communication. We aim to build lasting customer relationships by listening to feedback and taking care with each booking.
How We Operate
Each journey starts with your booking details. We use your pickup address, destination, travel time, passenger numbers and luggage requirements to arrange a suitable vehicle and plan the collection.
For airport pickups, we ask for your flight number and terminal to help coordinate your arrival. Check the details and collection instructions in your booking confirmation, and contact our team if anything changes.
Our drivers prepare for their scheduled journeys by reviewing the route and pickup arrangements. If you have a special request, let us know before booking so we can confirm what is available.
What We Provide
We provide pre-booked transport for airport journeys, local travel, business meetings and longer-distance trips. Our airport services connect Maidenhead and surrounding areas with Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City Airport.
Choose from saloon cars, estate vehicles, executive cars and larger options for families or groups, subject to availability. Passenger and luggage capacities are shown during booking to help you select a suitable vehicle.
Early-morning and late-night journeys can be arranged in advance. For multiple stops, return travel or specific vehicle requirements, contact our team before booking so we can discuss the arrangements.
